Thanks to the modular construction method, building time can be significantly reduced – a tremendous advantage over traditional construction methods. This not only leads to cost savings but also ensures a high degree of planning and implementation reliability.

With changeable ‘flex-floorplans’, Avdovia offers living concepts that can be individually tailored to market demands in terms of apartment sizes and layouts. Whether for multi-generational households or personal living preferences, the spaces can be flexibly designed and adjusted as needed.

Straw-insulated exterior walls:
Using straw as insulation material, combined with clay, provides optimal heat protection in summer and retains warmth in winter. Additionally, straw offers an unparalleled climate balance, saving up to 70 kg of carbon dioxide equivalents per square meter of exterior wall, making it arguably the most sustainable natural insulation material currently available.
Natural Indoor Climate:
Straw-insulated exterior walls not only create sustainable insulation but also foster a pleasant and healthy indoor climate. The building ‘breathes’ through natural materials, optimizing the climatic conditions in the room. This improves the well-being of the residents and contributes to a noticeable feeling of comfort.
